Our Programs

We run 12 week sessions with 3 classes a week for Cape Ann athletes to improve their strength and conditioning. Each session is an hour long that includes a breakdown of the warm-up, the workout and other important details the athletes need to work hard and improve their athletic capabilities. With limited class sizes, we are able to give each athlete individualized training in a group setting. For more information on our next session, please email info@capeann.com.
